We are looking for a motivated and organized FOH Manager to fulfil the role of Educator Manager.

As the Educatior Manager you will oversee our team of Educators (specialists that take care of the guest service experience), setting the tone and direction of the team, driving teamwork and accountability. You will work hand-in-hand with therapists and co-founders, assigning and schedule educators as well as ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly to ensure an exemplary experience for all guests.

**The Educater Manager Role will require that you**:

- Create and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff upholding Soma Haus work ethos, mission and philosophy
- Be the bridge of communication between the Educators, Therapists and Co-Founders
- Ensure accountability and adherence to Soma Haus SOPs and ensure the smooth running of daily operations
- Guide guests through their treatment or service experience, making them feel safe, explaining the technology being used and the benefits, as well as making sure they always leave feeling better than when they walked in
- Work hand-in-hand with the therapists and aid in all tasks to optimise the guest experience
- Handle appointment scheduling, service/ treatment recommendations and client servicing (payments, refunds, exchanges, issues and gift cards)
- Follow up and recommend complementary services, therapies, retail items, book choices, events and workshops to guests to enhance their experience
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure they have the most up-to-date information on events, offers, benefits, and other updates
- Be a team player; proactively help other team members
- Take on additional tasks as needed to drive revenue/growth, support the team at large

- Empathetic, trauma sensitive or keen on learning different approaches to tailor to different guest needs
- Must be solution-oriented and self-motivated
- Must have a strong work ethic, responsible, dependable, organised and meticulous
- Must have entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset
- Hospitality or customer facing experience preferred
- Multifaceted skillset and diverse working experience is valued
- Has some experience with diverse team management; able to upload leadership values
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and practices
- Ability and willingness to accept and proactively provide feedback; growth mindset
- General computer knowledge; MAC/OS preferred
- MindBody experience preferred

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
