About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our financial team. In this full-time role based in the Joo Koon Region, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting services to our small business clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  2. Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data
  3. Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts for clients
  4. Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  5. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  6. Provide financial advice and insights to management to support decision-making
  7. Maintain and continuously improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar financial accounting role, preferably with audit experience and with construction company background.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and regulations
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
