**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting & Financial Management**
- Oversee the financial records for all group entities and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with international and local accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Manage multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, ensuring accurate intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
**Financial Modeling & Budgeting**
- Develop, manage, and refine financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
- Assist in forecasting cash flow and optimizing working capital.
**Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations, statutory audits, and financial reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
**Process Optimization**
- Implement and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Recommend and execute strategies for cost control and operational efficiency.
**Strategic Input**
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and multi-entity consolidation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Experience with cross-border operations and handling multi-currency transactions.
- Familiarity with financial management in tech or high-growth companies.
- Track record of process improvement and implementing best practices.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
