Job Responsibilities- Manage all phases of engagement initiatives and activities.- Act as the first point of contact for team member queries related to engagement programs and events.- Assist in developing communication objectives and internal publicity plans as needed.- To take on project administration, assist in managing the workflow and timely completion of projects undertaken.- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing live and virtual internal events.- Liaise with vendors and internal departments for procurement, facility needs, and project management.- Assist in creating content for internal announcements and event collateral.- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management on engagement metrics and event outcomes.- Any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience- GCE O-Level certificate.- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, HR, or event coordination role.
Other Prerequisites- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse team member base and stakeholders.- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.- Basic programming knowledge is a plus, as it aids the role by enabling better communication of technical needs, understanding system capabilities, and automating repetitive tasks such as data entry and reminders for events and initiatives.
