Office Operations Officer

Responsibilities
- Assist managers in overseeing daily operations for the Office Towers.
- Address feedback and manage relations with occupants effectively.
- Investigate and follow up on defect rectification works with a systematic approach.
- Coordinate and manage fitting-out works to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring timely completion of works and adherence to agreed KPIs and contract requirements.
- Ensure timely implementation and completion of term contract renewals and statutory licenses.
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO) and certify job completion/delivery by contractors/vendors.
- Manage and update online systems, including occupant portal, digital directory, access control, and online PTW.
- Join a dedicated team and contribute to maintaining the smooth operations of the Office Towers.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Higher Nitec qualification in Facility Management, Building Engineering, or related discipline.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act will be an added advantage.
- Must possess drive, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
