**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for an experienced **Finance Manager (FP&A)** to be part of a team that is responsible for the accounting operations for the Asia-Pacific region.
- Support stakeholders in planning and budgeting;
- Ensure that targets are communicated clearly;
- Carry out forecasting activities for various divisions;
- Analyse financial performance against targets and identify trends;
- Prepare reports and analyses of financial results;
- Provide advice to stakeholders on accounting & finance procedures as required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline;
- At least 5 to 7 years of work experience, preferably with regional exposure;
- Proven experience in data analysis;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work well independently;
- Good time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
