We are looking for a passionate DRAM Verification Methodology Engineer.
In this position, you will be joining a brilliant team to collaborate with Micron’s various design and verification teams all over the world, support the efforts of design verification flow development, optimization, and implementation and work with cross-functional team to assure the best cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer satisfaction
In this position, you will collaborate with Micron’s global design and verification teams and support the efforts of design verification flow development, optimization, and implementation. Work with cross-functional team to assure the best cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Micron’s global DRAM design and verification team to share “Best-Known-Method” across all product teams.
- Evaluate existing DRAM design and verification flow and tools, drive for better quality control and efficiency.
- Deep understanding of DRAM circuit design flow, communicating with product design team to identify weakness and gaps in DRAM design flow.
- Supporting tools and methods evaluation, from internal and external vendors, to improve design verification methodology and flows.
- Co-work with international colleagues on developing new design verification flows to take on the challenges in new product design.
- Work with PE strategy team on sim2si correlation and feedback to design verification method to improve design predictivity and quality.
- Host and promote cross-functional design and verification methodology and tool usage information sharing forum.
**Requirements**:
- Good understanding in gate level circuit design/verification experience.
- Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, i.e. HSPICE, VerilogHDL, FINESIM, SimVision
- Must possess good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- CMOS circuit design experience is preferred.
- Previous work experience in DRAM memory related fields is a plus
