We are looking for a passionate **Verification Engineer **who will join the DRAM Row Hammer Refresh IP Verification Team. In this position, you will be pioneering a team to work with a highly innovative and motivated cross functional teams to verify the DRAM Row Hammer Refresh (RHR) functionality and ensure all Micron’s DRAM project designs are free from RHR issues and concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with different product verification and cross functional teams in to drive the best block verification specification, methodology, and plan.
- Develop, drive, and execute block level verification plan, which includes developing the block level testbench, vectors, coverage, simulation and debugging.
- Be involved in the development of cutting-edge and new block verification methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with global colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent understanding in CMOS circuit design and IP/Block verification techniques and methodologies.
- Proficient with digital simulation tools and methodologies, i.e. Verilog, UVM.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers both verbally and written
- The ability to work independently and in teams.

**Preferred Knowledge and Experience**:

- Possess analog simulation experience, e.g. SPICE, FINESIM.
- Experience with Python
