**How you would contribute to the role**:
If you enjoy working collaboratively and unveiling insights that impact key business decisions through the lens of CRM strategy and creative development, this role may be for you Located in Singapore, you will be a key part of our talented global CRM team, working within our most important growth geography - Asia. In this role, you will be partnering directly with global core CRM, Portfolio, Data & Analytic and Marketing technology teams, as well as other APAC deployment hubs and market CRM leads. As such, this role will be expected to be able to represent the global perspective, while also partnering with and impacting/influencing local markets. It’s important to note that this role is embedded within our broader Marketing Experience & Engagement team, bringing many opportunities to cross-collaborate on a range of related projects, ensuring that workstreams are not isolated or siloed.

In this role, you will support and influence Asia-Pacific market CRM decisions and initiatives, collaborating with peers in these markets (as well as elsewhere around the world) to support the Enterprise marketing objectives. Your work will inform local marketing decisions by offering insights and assessments around CRM strategy that help meet affiliate business objectives. Specifically, you will:

- Collaborate with the Global CRM Marketing team to develop and evolve the overall CRM marketing strategy ensuring alignment with Amway’s business objectives, goals, and priorities
- Co-create processes and share recommendations of best practices with partnering stakeholders to create CRM communications campaigns that will ultimately increase engagement, retention and loyalty
- Play a key role in creating global, scalable data-driven initiatives for local market adaption and implementation
- Propose strategies to optimize our CRM programs that include continual testing of creative, copy, timing, offers, targeting, and more.
- Manage competing projects diligently and collaborate with the team to prioritize needle-moving programs
- Build hyper-targeted customer segments, and utilize customer journeys to map out experiences that drive engagement with customers and business owners
- Be a key support to the Manager, Global CRM and Engagement in establishing a global CRM community of practice across disciplines including sales, technology and analytics
- Work closely with local CRM and marketing leads in Asian markets to identify challenges and solutions that can drive growth, while working with global team to scale learning and successes

**What skills and background will be important to be successful**:
**Requirements**:

- BS/BA in Marketing/Business, Psychology, Anthropology, Market Research or related business discipline
- Fluent in English for business communication
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM and lifecycle management either agency or client side (_CRM experience preferred/prioritized_)
- Experience and understanding of CRM testing methodologies and KPI development
- Experience working on or managing loyalty-building programs
- Familiarity with consumer journey mapping and its potential impact on CRM strategy
- Highly data-driven, well organized and possessing strong project management skills
- Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
- Analytical capability around various types of marketing data and ability to translate results into action
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills (as required to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload)
- Exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills; dynamic, flexible team player with the ability to lead or be led; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Ability and willingness to travel globally (% TBD) and flexibility with scheduling to collaborate, as needed, with colleagues in other countries
- Experience working in markets outside of North America
