**About the Role**:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with a flair for business development to join our growing team at TheMeetUpSG. This is more than a sales role; it’s a dynamic opportunity to build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and play a key role in shaping corporate events across Singapore. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity and client focus are valued.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and connect with corporate decision-makers including HR, Admin, Marketing, and C-suite leaders.
- Conduct discovery meetings and pitch customized event solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Develop, prepare, and deliver compelling sales proposals, decks, and quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through consistent follow-ups and strategic engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and exceptional event execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Support in identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships and sponsorships that enhance event offerings.
- Represent TheMeetUpSG at relevant networking events, trade shows, and client functions.
- Support the Event Specialist in the coordination and execution of on-site events
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, event sales, or business development (preferably in the events, hospitality, or marketing services sectors).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by targets.
- Ability to think strategically and work independently while being a team player.
- Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements and attending occasional in-person meetings or events.
- A strong network of corporate contacts is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital outreach strategies is a plus.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
