**J316 Private Limited**is a leading provider of high-quality pre-owned semiconductor parts to the global market. We are seeking a proactive, results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage sales operations and engage key customers for sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage sales operations**: Actively engage with incoming leads, negotiating and delivering tailored product quotations to close deals efficiently and effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and recommending the right semiconductor parts to meet their business requirements.
- **After-Sales Support**: Provide outstanding post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of customer orders.
- **Sales Analytics and Reporting**: Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to generate management reports.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Industry Experience**: Experience in the semiconductor industry or familiarity with industrial/B2B sales.

**Strong Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- **Self-Starter Attitude**: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of the sales process from start to finish.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: A dedicated customer-first mindset with a strong focus on follow-through and problem-solving.
- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with clients in the US, China, and Taiwan.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
