**Responsibilities**:
Based in our Singapore HQ, our Campaign, CRM & Onsite Marketing team oversees tactical campaigns, onsite merchandising, and customer retention across the 3 markets we are in (SG, AU, US).

Having a high impact on traffic & revenue, the **Senior Campaigns Specialist **will plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns that leverage on our Castlery Flagship Store at Liat Towers. You will be collaborating cross-functionally with different teams (Growth, Partnerships, Creative, Sales, Customer Experience etc) to launch successful campaigns & events that help our customers build their dream space to thrive in. Your responsibilities are listed below:

- Lead the planning and strategizing of yearly campaigns & event calendars with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Generate revenue through tactical campaigns which includes in-store activations that drives traffic to our Castlery Flagship store.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from setting up the campaign brief, event/campaign planning, vendors management, actual day event/campaign management and post-campaign reporting.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders, as well as external stakeholders and vendors.
- Stay on top of industry, competitors, and customer behavior trends to ensure that we are always generating new campaign concepts and experience.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management or campaign management role.
- Experience in running events end-to-end.
- Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actions
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjusting to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Passionate, with a sense of curiosity

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
