COCOMI is envisioned to become Asia’s leading omni-channel retailer for affordable luxury watches and jewelry brands, mostly preferred by Gen Z and Young Millennials.
**THE ROLE**
As a Senior Marketing Executive of Cocomi, you are responsible for executing marketing campaigns and activities that deliver on business’s sales objectives (across all business channels) and grow Cocomi’s in-market brand awareness. You are assigned to manage 360 degree integrated marketing execution including Digital activation, Social media, Influencing marketing, CRM, Loyalty Marketing, Partnership and Instore visual merchandizing to drive traffic, conversion and spend for Cocomi omni-channel retail platforms.
**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement content for marketing communication deliverables on various touchpoints including print, digital, and social media, and ensure they are on-brand and support to drive intended call-to-action.
- Work closely with graphic designer to develop marketing collateral deliverables supporting all channels (e-commerce, retail stores, wholesale).
- Prepare press releases and media pitch to media community for seasonal new launches and campaigns and support to engage media to grow media/ social buzz.
- Provide content vetting and copywriting support to regional wholesale partners.
- Liaise with external stakeholders (malls, vendors, agencies, partners) and internal stakeholders (merchandise, logistics, creative) to execute marketing activities and promotions.
- Execute photoshoot and video shoot whenever necessary
- as part of content creation process.
- Prepare reports that tracks and evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts (ROI) to make recommendations for future better improvements
- Monitor and share new and latest digital marketing trends for business considerations.
- Develop and implement Cocomi’s member reward program to drive brand engagement and loyalty.
- Explore partnerships to enhance Cocomi’s membership offerings.
- Manage upkeeping principal brand assets archives to ensure assets in use are up to date.
- Support in execution work for mall-related marketing campaigns that our retail stores participate in.
- Assist in developing and producing of any other marketing related deliverables required by the business including visual guidelines and POSM for retailers and wholesales.
- Attend activation and events on site including shows and atrium sale to assist with onsite logistics and execution.
- Support in market research and data analysis to understand omni-channel consumers’ insights and generate creative and relevant Marketing campaign ideas and concepts
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- 2-3 years’ experience in multi-brand, retail and campaign marketing
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content development and Community management
- Have a can-do-attitude to strive for excellence at work
- Able to work and deliver in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Resourceful, efficient, and able to work independently
- Creative, meticulous with an eye for details and aesthetics
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- Effective project management skills
- Familiar with: Sendible, Klaviyo, Canva, or similar tools
- Basic designing/edit skills with Adobe Premier, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Basic photography and videography skills
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
