Role
Fundraising & Marketing Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
Overview
  • We are looking for a passionate and organised incumbent to support the growth of our fundraising efforts in support of Lions Befrienders. This role blends project coordination in outreach events and communications, helping to deliver impactful campaigns that raise funds, awareness, and community support for seniors under our care. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage fundraising projects, develop compelling donor communications, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and CSR activities.
Responsibilities

Fundraising Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of fundraising campaigns, and donor outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate donor and partner records, monitor progress toward fundraising targets, and prepare timely reports
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and volunteer teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations
  • Support grant applications and sponsorship proposals with relevant data and content
  • Manage campaign logistics including vendor liaison, event registration, and volunteer support

Outreach & Communications

  • Execute strategies to increase visibility of fundraising campaigns
  • Craft and design targeted content (letters, EDMs, brochures, videos, donor stories, social media posts) that appeals to different donor segments
  • Manage campaign and event promotion across multiple channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and media outlets
  • Ensure branding, tone, and messaging are aligned with organisational values
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics, and recommend improvements
Requirements
  • Preferably Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, project management and/or donor management
  • Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns with clear KPIs
  • Experience in managing online and offline marketing
  • Expertise in content creation, campaign management, and brand positioning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in tools like Canva, Mailchimp, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
