**SUMMARY**
- Our client is a parent organization within the F&B industry with a number of big brands under its belt. They currently have around 10 outlets in Singapore and are looking towards an aggressive expansion plan of opening few more within the next few years. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who will develop, manage, execute, and analyze the marketing campaigns.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the Marketing department
- Prepare social marketing campaigns and strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
- Create and monitor advertisements on various platforms keeping the business vision aligned
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
- Prepare and oversee the company’s marketing budget
- Overall responsible for brand management and corporate identity
- Monitor and prepare a monthly report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
- Working closely with PR agencies and assisting with new product launches, outlet openings, etc.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share - Research the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively
- Adhoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Proven 8+ years of experience in a similar capacity, with regional exposure (those with prior experience in the F&B industry an advantage)
- Professional certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing, etc will be preferred
- Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns
- Experience with online marketing, including social media and content marketing
- Strong analytical skills - Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Creative, ability to work with a tight timeline, and can adapt quickly to changes
- Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets
- Good oral and written communication with excellent interpersonal skillComplete the annual human resources planning, master the recruitment needs of various departments and control the expenditure of manpower costs according to the company's strategy.

**Salary**: Up to $7,500.00 per month
