This is a unique opportunity as we expand our sales presence in the SEA market As a Business Development / Sales Manager reporting directly to the CEO, you will be on the front line with our customers. Your role will involve building relationships by locating, networking, and developing connections with companies. This position is ideal for highly driven, entrepreneurial individuals and offers exceptional earning potential in an emerging market ripe for business development. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in the beauty, perfume, or cosmetics industry, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Armed with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you will drive revenue through prospecting new customers, face-to-face visits, growing customer relationships within existing accounts;
2. Developing and securing a pipeline of new opportunities and establishing an early relationship with the client;
3. Lead and collaborate with the Sales team to identify and develop additional areas of opportunity.
4. Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
5. Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
6. Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
**Requirements**:
1. A strong relationship builder with 3-5 years of relevant B2B Sales,
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry, with a good understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
4. Experience with the high-end/ luxury category would be advantageous
5. Experienced in new business development to build new pipelines and prospecting to new clients
6. Highly independent with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit to demonstrate professional with ethical approach to selling
7. Proven ability to drive the business strategy to fulfil business objectives and targets
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels and teams on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis.
9. Bold mindset in overcoming obstacles and rejection
10. Fluent verbal and written English is mandatory, and proficiency in other languages, such as Mandarin is an advantage.
11. Proficient with standard business tools (MS Office 365)
