We are looking for a Business Development Executive to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from meeting clients, cold calls and inbound warm leads. This role will work closely with the Business Development Director.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be the primary point of contact for the customer, representing all our services and offer
- Manage pricing, sales & ordering
- Analyse market trends to explore potential markets and clients
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to gather insights, analyse and identify business opportunities
- Keep updated about the latest business trends
- Coordinate and facilitate effective internal and external communications to drive business growth
- Participate in sales & marketing activities to promote awareness in the market and develop new business opportunities
- Identify client requirements and suggest them with suitable products/services
- Update and submit reports to Business Development Director on weekly sales results
**Requirements**:
- Commercial acumen, ideally coming from an FMCG, Beauty and/ or Luxury background
- Strong MS Excel, Word and power points skills
- Proven experience in handling mostly B2B clients
- At least 2 years or more in a similar commercial role managing different accounts/or brands
- Knowledge & exposure to the region - SEA, APAC (good to have)
- Positive can-do ‘hands-on’ mentality
- Be persuasive and can drive growth conversations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The basic salary is S$2,500 - $3,200 excluding commission. You need to have a valid visa to work in Singapore.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
