As Customer Service Executive for CMC Materials to manage and improve customer satisfaction through coordination of relevant stakeholders within the organization and subsequent effective communication to external stakeholders. Work closely with various internal and external departments including Sales, Logistics, QEHS on policies and procedures and situation updates for customer service excellence.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Representing Sales department in various HR/Operations events/meetings and relevant information update requirements
- Assist in chemical inventory and shipment planning and monitoring to ensure uninterrupted supplies of products and services to all business accounts
- Actively involved in QEHS-related activities including to study and review company or department procedures, participation in SHEC activities, in CA/PA discussions and execution, assist in Q-Pulse updates
- Provides administrative and office support for multiple sales supervisors including Sales Managers and Sales Director, especially in maintaining, drafting and communication of sales offers and assisting in internal sales revenue/contribution calculations
- Mentoring of Sales Coordinator/s and Administrative Assistant/s within the Sales Department Perform other duties as assigned

Educational Background & Experience
- Minimum Diploma holder / equivalent qualifications preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position
- Sales and administrative supervisory experience in chemical and 3PL logistics operations preferred
- Familiarity with SAP systems and practices.
- Familiarity with MS Excel.
- Solid command of English, both verbal and written
