**About The Role**
The main function is to maintain and develop existing tier 1-2 accounts (for Air/Ocean Freight Forwarding and Logistics)
This role requires a range of skills from closing sales and nurturing relationships to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership. He / She will become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
**Job Scope**
- Maintain and develop existing accounts (for Air/Ocean Freight Forwarding and Logistics)
- Focusing in managing on Tier 1-2 companies and start-ups / scale-ups
- Infuse Sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients.
- Follow-up new customer development with the team through CRM tool, meetings, and reports
- Sharing sales’ performance via report and presentation, and strategy to reach targets, aligning to company objectives.
- Plan and monitor sales ‘s performance to deliver expected outcomes. Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 3-5years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and Key Account Management.
- Experience or exposure in Industrial/Electronics/Semiconductor environment.
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills
- Proactive, resourceful with ability to work well independently or in groups.
