**Job Opportunity: HR Manager (Singapore)**

**We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager** to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the HR functions for several exciting venues**:Pasta Bar**, **Papi’s Tacos** (3 locations), and **Mami’s Tamales**. These well-established and growing brands require a hands-on HR leader to manage day-to-day operations while driving long-term employee satisfaction and organizational success.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Employee Management and HR Operations**
- **Work Permit Applications & Quota Management**:

- Track and manage work permit quotas, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Leave and Attendance Tracking**:

- Monitor and document all employee leaves, including annual leave, medical leave (MCs), outpatient illness leave (OIL), and unpaid leave.
- Ensure proper reporting and alignment with Singapore labor laws.

**Policy Development and Compliance**
- **Contracts and Documentation**:

- Draft, review, and update employment contracts for all brands to ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and company standards.
- Clearly communicate employment terms and ensure employees understand their rights and obligations.
- **Employee Handbook**:

- Develop and maintain an employee handbook tailored to the unique needs of each venue, outlining policies, values, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all employees are aware of and trained on company policies.
- **Employee Lifecycle Management**:

- **Onboarding and Offboarding**:

- **Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires across all venues to ensure smooth integration into their roles.**
- Streamline offboarding processes to maintain professionalism, including exit interviews, clearance, and compliance with relevant laws.
- Performance Management**:

- **Collaborate with venue managers to address employee performance, provide feedback, and identify training opportunities for growth.**

**HR Strategy and Development**
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance employee satisfaction across all venues.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that reflects the unique spirit and values of each brand.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on all HR-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in the hospitality or F&B sector.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, particularly around work permits and quota management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across multiple locations.
