**Job Summary**:

- Provide operational and business information technology support to operations-related activities of HL Bank’s physical and virtual Debit Card.
- Possess strong good understanding of MAS’ regulations and internal guidelines in Singapore, and ensure strict compliance at all times.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Monitor Debit Card rejected transactions for recovery purposes.
- For accounts with sufficient funds - Debit the customers’ account and raise the GL entry to offset the outstanding amount.
- For accounts with insufficient funds - Monitor accounts that were earmarked due to insufficient funds for recovery.
- For Debit Card rejected transactions - Liaise with Contact Centre to follow up with the customer so as to regularize the accounts accordingly.
- Coordinate with Debit Card Ops Support Team and Vendor to resolve any operational issues identified.
- Prepare and mail reminder letter to customers as and when required.
- Escalate Debit Card late presentation cases to the Chargeback team for further action.
- Monitor GL outstanding items and follow up with Branch Services Team for write-off of long outstanding items.
- Reconcile the Rejected Suspense GL account on a daily basis for the purposes of quarterly reporting.
- Attend complaint arising from SG debit card customer.
- Ensure timely payment to Vendors as per SLA.
- Update Policies and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance of policies, procedures, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirement**:

- A recognised Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy or related discipline.
- At least 2 years’ related experience in Branch Operations.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast learner who is able to work effectively in a team setting.
- Meticulous and an eye for detail.
- A proven track record of consistent performance and achievement.
