**Job duties**:

- Manage all e-commerce platforms and social media accounts, improve its exposure and grow follower base
- Explore and on-board other e-commerce platforms and social media to increase brand and products awareness
- Create and design contents and photo shoot for marketing
- Regular updates on various marketing channels
- Plan and participate regular promotion campaigns to increase sales
- Fulfil sales orders from all retailer platforms - from order received to item delivered
- Act as the point of contact between Director and clients
- Inventory management and monthly check
- Managing wine database
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned to run daily operation

**Requirements**:

- Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
- Min. 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales
- Have the creativity to create marketing and social media content
- Fluent English and Chinese speaking and writing
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to manage multiple portfolios simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop
- Class 3 /3A driving license
- Possess basic wine knowledge will be an advantage

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
