**Administrative Support**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the logistics department
- Maintain accurate records of machinery certifications, road tax and insurance renewal
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits or inspections when required
- Covering receptionist duty as and when deemed necessary

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of materials movement to and from construction sites
- Liaise with suppliers and Project Staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of construction materials and equipment

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain and update inventory records of materials and tools
- Support stock-taking and asset-tracking exercises

**Overtime Tracking & Management**:

- Maintain and update daily records of workers’ and site staff’s working hours and overtime.
- Collect and verify timesheets, attendance records, and OT claims from site supervisors
- Prepare and submit monthly OT reports for payroll processing
