We are a SME company, located at eastern part of Singapore. This position will be station at customer office (east).

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the admin duties
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, preparation and filing of documents and meeting schedule
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
