Logistics Supervisor

Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (receiving), outbound (pick/pack), materials handling and general housekeeping
- Ensure accuracy of incoming goods which includes inspection for defects, damages or missing items
- Quality and quantity check of outgoing goods before dispatching to outlets or customers
- Maintain inventory and order supplies whenever necessary
- Ensure all documentations relating to inventory movements are in order
- Communicate productivity targets to the team and ensure they have a clear understanding of expectation and job requirement to current and new staff
- Ensure that the team adheres to the following Food Safety management System compliance
- _HACCP / 5S Requirement_
- _Cleanliness and upkeeping of warehouse_

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level / Diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a warehouse with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Good interpersonal communicating skill with all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Highly motivated, meticulous, team player, organized and takes initiative

**Working Hours**

0700AM - 1600PM, 6 Days work week, 1 day off / week (may not be weekend)

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
