Senior Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform effective overall freight and sea shipment and operation arrangement from A to Z.
- Liaise with shipping lines /carrier and overseas agent on bookings, various requirements, and rates.
- Assist to trouble shoot and manage last minute assignment and any contingency issues as and when required.
- Perform administrative duties and prepare necessary documents.
- Updating customer on delivery status.
- Handle and knowledge in Customs Declaration and Incoterms.
- Able to coach the team.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably 5 years’ experience in air and ocean freight logistics, with a track record of success in managing logistics operations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Proficiency in transportation management systems and other logistics software.
- Able to commit overtime.
- Working location: Bedok Central Singapore
- Working days: 5.5 working days per week, 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon - Fri); 8:30am to 12:30 pm (Sat)
