Overview:
You are to oversee the accuracy of the inventory by managing the cycle count program for all parts. This includes regular cycle counts, research, reconciliation and management reporting, as well as recommendations for improving inventory processes to increase inventory accuracy and efficiency.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**:

- Responsible for Daily Cycle Count program to ensure physical inventory accuracy and optimization storage capacity.
- Timely execution of Control Cycle change in ensuring right supply quantity is issued to support Production.
- Conduct periodic review and audit on systems and physical location accuracy. Establish and maintain the Production Supply Area (PSA) set up and support.
- Coordinate logistics execution process for continuous improvement.
- Work with Production Planners and Supply Assurance Buyers on Supplier and Production KANBAN activities.
- Analyze space allocation for optimization of storage capacity.
- Work with Warehouse Supervisor on systems data integrity & comply to Plant QMS.
- Generate all operational and management report.

**What You Bring**:

- Diploma / Degree in any Business or Commercial discipline preferably in Warehouse / Logistics management.
- At least 3 years of warehouse management exposure in multi-industry manufacturing or related.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in inventory discrepancies investigation and reconciliation as well as storage design and layout.
- A good team player.
