**Sales Excellence Manager, APAC**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Partner with country and cluster teams to define and establish critical sales processes and concepts across the regional sales organisation (e.g. Assess, Plan & Execute).
- Coordinate with country commercial teams and the Commercial Data Analytics Team to align on critical sales/channel data needs and collection strategies.
- Define and implement a consistent approach for identifying and prioritizing customer opportunities through meaningful segmentation of channel, direct accounts and geographic markets.
- Establish consistent standards to enhance the use of sales analytics and generate timely insights to guide and enhance the effectiveness of our sales force and channel partners.
- Drive the implementation of an aligned Account Planning and Sales Forecasting framework and processes across APAC based on global and regional best practices identified.
- Work closely with country commercial teams and market development in the establishment of Territory Planning best practices, aligning demand creation activities to target opportunities and enable tracking capability to ensure success.
- Integrate sales forecasting processes (in-season & yearly) into our account and territory planning processes, linking demand generation activities to sales and revenue targets.
- Working with the Regional Change & Adoption and Commercial Capabilities Leads, support countries in developing a culture of sales planning excellence and share successful strategies for change management and sales team engagement.
- Lead the overall effort to establish integrated Customer Engagement Processes by country. Drive the development and implementation of consistent methodology, frameworks & KPIs with support from the global COE. Ensure alignment to our broader Customer Strategy efforts across APAC.
- Working with the Customer Data Analytics and Digital Commercial Solutions teams, guide the design and adoption of dashboards & digital tools for our sales team to best enable our sales planning processes, as well as track and assess the impact of our demand generation and customer engagement activities.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Degree qualified, an MBA is preferred.
- At least 3 years commercial excellence experience with exposure to the marketing function (brand/product management).
- A sound understanding of channel & demand creation.
- Strong analytical mindset and skills, with ability to translate KPIs into tactical actions and recommendations.
- Experienced managing & collaborating in multi country and cultural environment, possess the ability to value differences and manage complexity.
