**Description**
- Achieve sales team goals and KPI as assigned
- Be accountable for increasing revenue, new client acquisition and/or existing client growth. Fulfil client needs within THE HOLDER GROUP’s perimeters
- Developing positive long-term relationships with new / existing clients.
- Handle feedback and resolve issues from clients in a prompt and professional manner ensuring that all feedback / complaints are reviewed, and follow-up action(s) are initiated
- Maintenance of sales related materials and documents through established internal procedures
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure that customers receive prompt and attentive post-sales service
- Reporting of sales figures and any campaign sales update to management (weekly / monthly)
- Analyse sales for any discrepancies and report updates to Finance team.
- Proposed to your management a Sales Development Plan on APAC region
- Have resilience and able to overcome obstacles
- Importantly, have a passion for meeting people Have a positive mindset

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role (Wholesale/B2B/F&B background preferred)
- Degree in any field
- Productivity and results-driven individual
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to travel in and outside the APAC region
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the import and distribution channels for viennoiseries in APAC region is beneficial
- Knowledge of the APAC region is a must
