Client Is hiring for the below role

Skill: Citrix Admin

**Responsibilities**:
1. Member of Infra-Systems Team to manage Platform Infrastructure services

2. Contribute to Engineering solutions based on Customer’s requirements.

3. Perform BAU support for Temasek and Non-Temasek customers

4. Managing Citrix and Windows Infrastructure

5. Perform consultation for new and existing projects

6. Resolve Level 3 support cases

7. Escalate to the relevant team as required, promptly following procedures, and ensuring management is updated accordingly.

8. Project Manage infra-system projects.

9. Ensure the Client and delivery team is always up to date on incident progress.

10. Maintain, troubleshoot and co-ordinate replacement of faulty hardware. -Involve in the execution of Client

11. Raise Change Requests in a timely manner and attend Change Review Meetings as required.

12. Provide detailed feedback to team members on all the incident resolutions, ensuring full details are documented and entered Knowledge base

13. Daily review and action of open cases; updating Operations Management on current cases and their status as appropriate.

14. Compliance - Working with Client base to organize and schedule compliance items such as hardware and software updates including firmware revisions and OS and Sub-Systems patching.

15. Knowledge of ITIL v3 and Intermediate topics is preferred. Certified in ITIL would be a benefit.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience in Citrix Administration with both XenApp and XenDektop with multiple sites and farms.

2. Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix Presentation Server, XenApp and Xendesktop. Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation.

3. Experience in project management, preferably PMP certified.

5. Designing & implementing policies within CITRIX environment.

6. Configuring and optimizing resource manager to generate alerts.

7. Providing permanent fixes to problems related to Citrix estate.

8. Articulating technical contents to address business problems.

9. Maintain Citrix Data store, license servers, and Zone Data Collectors

11. Expert on multiple versions of Citrix and strong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface /NetScaler)

12. Strong understanding of Load Manager, Resource manager and installation manager.

14. Printers Management in Citrix

15. Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration

16. Strong knowledge in configuring Roaming profiles and Streaming profile configuration

17. Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager’s thresholds, installation manager, Citrix Farm Configuration

18. Windows Active Directory Administration.

19. Experience on managing Citrix farm on VMware. will be an added advantage.

20. ITIL Knowledge
