
IT User Support Specialist

A leading international law firm with offices in the UK, Asia and other global locations is seeking a well-organized Level II IT Support Specialist to join their Singapore office at MBFC.
This role reports to the ITUS Team Leader in Asia and collaborates with a global team to provide IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, manage incidents and assist with IT projects. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service while managing hardware, software and infrastructure tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide 1st and 2ndline IT support for hardware, software, network issues, handling incidents and requests efficiently.
- Serve as the primary IT contact for the Singapore office, supporting senior stakeholders and resolve issue within SLA targets.
- Handle staff onboarding, offboarding and internal moves, ensuring seamless completed of all IT-related tasks.
- Work with IT teams to investigate recurring issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base, contribute to process improvements and ensure consistent delivery of customer service.
- Assist with audio-visual equipment, system administration tasks (e.g. Active Directory, user accounts) and hardware setup (e.g., laptops,iphones).
- Support infrastructure activities such as network testing, server maintenance and software installation.
- Participate in IT projects and provide training to staff and helping them improve their use of technology.
- Manage IT assets, procurement and waste disposal for the Singapore office.
**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology
- Knowledge of ITIL and relevant certifications e.g. MCDST, MOS
- 3+ years work experience at 2nd line desktop support for Windows 10 in 0365 environment in a **global law firm or top-tier law firm**:
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking issues with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and team members
- Proficiency in tools and security systems such as Citrix, video conferencing setup, 8x8 IP Phone Admin, Sophos,
- TCP/IP, Time Recording system, MS Azure/Entra ID, Big Hand, InterAction, and iPhone configuration is a plus.
- Willingness to work outside of regular hours
- Salary range within $5,000 to $7,000/month
- 8.30am-5.30pm/9.00am-6.00pm, 20 days A.L., medical/dental/OT claimable, life insurance, one-month bonus
- Location: Singapore Office
