**Requirements**:

- Degree in a related field with Cisco Associate certified (CCNA).
- Minimum 7 years of technical IT Support (level 2) experience.
- Proven **strong experience in network & server experience **such as Azure cloud, Windows Server 2016 and Microsoft 365.
- **Good end-user support skills **, including remote desktop/remote user support, manage firewall setup, and CCTV.
- Experience in managing manufacturing site control room systems and troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Experience in Applications support - Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint design is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with IT contacts across the region.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities within a complex IT network.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, travel, and adapt to a multicultural environment.

This role demands a proactive individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to adapt to dynamic IT environments while ensuring high-quality user support and system performance.
