Leading Team of technical specialists to design, manage and support the Digital Workplace Technology and Modern End User Computing environment.
- Provide Technical Solutions, Estimates, Timelines and Pricing to customer on New business scope focused on Digital Workspace technologies
- Conceptualize and develop framework, accelerators or solutions for Modern Workplace and End User Services needs
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust enterprise authentication system with a focus on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Ensure the compliance of Workplace related technologies and processes as per IT policies and standards.
- Knowledge of Cognix Virtual Assistant and IGNIO automation solutions
- Drive the adoption of new technology platforms, trends and advocating for these ideas and business technologies to senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Plan and forecast end user technology over the medium and long term, establishing budget forecasts and investment plans.
- Define, manage, and deliver significant technology projects.
- Design Solution for End Point Management with Workspace One MDM with solid experience in Windows 10/11, mobile device enrolment, and security policy management.
- Experience in driving the adoption of technology in a global scale.

**Requirements**:

- At least 18 years' of relevant experience in a similar capacity with at Least 10 years of experience in designing workspace Solutions
- Excellent knowledge in Solutions, Scoping, Contracts, Commercial management, Request for Proposals, Sales teams negotiations, Customer negotiations, Amendments on Scope of Work for customer
- Expertise in MS Entra IAM, Modern authentication, SSO and MFA.
- Expertise in End Point Management with Workspace One MDM, coupled with solid experience in Windows 10/11, mobile device enrolment, and security policy management.
- Flexible to work in 24X7 environment covering Weekends and night shift
- Should be with the Always on support attitude. Ready to get on any outage call even during wee hours.
- Experience in Managing and Delivering Workplace Infrastructure services
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise Digital workplace solutions
- Expertise in Active Directory, Single Sign-On, 2 Factor Authentication, Encryption, LDAP/LDAPS, RADIUS protocol, SAML 2.0, Open ID Connect and OAuth 2.0.
- Certification in Workspace technologies and security will be an added advantage.
- Experience in driving the adoption of technology in a global scale.

**Must-Have Skills**
- Experience in Solutioning and managing VMWare Workspace One, Citrix NetScaler, Microsoft MDT, Microsoft Intune, Nutanix HCI,
- Expertise in MS Entra IAM, Modern authentication, SSO and MFA.
- Knowledge of Cognix Virtual Assistant and Ignio
- Expertise in Active Directory, Single Sign-On, 2 Factor Authentication, Encryption, LDAP/LDAPS, RADIUS protocol, SAML 2.0, Open ID Connect and OAuth 2.0.
- Knowledge of Aviation Domain and Airline IT environment

**Good-To-Have Skills**
- Knowledge of SCCM, Azure AVD, Admin Studio
- Knowledge in Exchange Server and Lotus Notes
- Knowledge in Contact Centre Technologies like Genesys, Cisco, Twilio
