The Total Rewards Program Manager is accountable for the development of planning, and implementing compensation and benefits programs and policies to support the overall talent strategy for Global. Additionally, this is a team lead role with 2 associates who are specialists in people analytics and HRIS operations.
The geographic scope of this role includes 12 countries in Asia and Europe. This role is based in Singapore and reports to the HR Director, Global.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Provide informed perspectives and partner with the Corporate Total Rewards team to ensure the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and procedures by recommending plan revision consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure efficient and effective execution of the processes and intentions of the Total Rewards function, ensuring consistency and fairness
- Lead the annual merit exercise, and correspondingly completion and updating of remuneration surveys with the intent to update salary pay bands, proposal templates, and advice to the business
- Provide advice to HR leaders on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation
- Provide analytics and analysis to HR leaders on key HR metrics, - including compensation, performance, and diversity metrics
- Ensure service delivery of HRIS operational support through team members, and oversee the integrity of the data held in the People Portal
**JOB HOLDER'S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation both in Singapore and regionally, ideally with some retail sales incentive experience
- HR Professional certification preferred
- Good strategic thinking, problem-solving, analysis, and financial management skills
- Ability to work and thrive under pressure and handle sensitive employee issues
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, HR database structure, design, and function, and experience with database tools
- Experience with HR systems such as Oracle
