**What you’ll be doing**:

- Take in charge of the entire organization’s media platform partnership ecosystem.
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or

co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
- Review data insights to provide interpretation, insights and recommendations coming from multiple datasets to

identify strategic opportunities
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver partner campaigns whilst achieving business objectives

**What you bring**:

- 3+ years of related partnership management experience.
- Proven track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to find a win-win solution.
- Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity.
- Enthusiasm for the dynamic and fast paced web3 industry.

You demonstrated the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Good experience with CRM tools (eg. Hubspot).
- Familiar with social media and social networking products is a plus.
