**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Management Executive to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include handling client relationships, comprehending their business requirements, and offering valuable solutions and services. As the key contact for clients, you will offer strategic advice, proactive assistance, and personalized service to boost client satisfaction and loyalty.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and uphold strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization.
- Comprehend the business objectives, challenges, and opportunities of clients to create customized solutions and suggestions.
- Work with internal teams to align and deliver services meeting client needs.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving problems, and offering proactive communication and assistance during the entire engagement process.
- Regularly meet with clients to assess satisfaction, collect feedback, and discover improvement opportunities.
- Create and implement account plans, strategies, and objectives to enhance client retention and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell possibilities.
- Monitor and assess client metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators for effectiveness and improvement.
- Prepare, present, and deliver client reports, presentations, and recommendations to convey progress, outcomes, and strategic insights.
- To anticipate client needs and offer strategic advice, stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor actions.
- Offer mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members to help nurture their professional development and advancement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in client/account management or consulting
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, proficiency in CRM software
- Detail-oriented, track record of client relationship success
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for client engagements
