1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure the timely hiring of top talent.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
2. Employee Relations
- Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and resolve any issues in a fair, timely, and confidential manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and implement strategies to prevent future issues.
3. Performance Management
- Support the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Assist in setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, and facilitating feedback between managers and employees.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll, benefits programs, and compensation strategies to ensure equity and compliance.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Monitor employee benefits and suggest improvements to enhance retention and satisfaction.
5. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.
- Keep up to date with HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advise management on legal matters related to employee rights and responsibilities.
6. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and analyse HR reports to track employee turnover, hiring trends, and other key HR metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend HR strategies and improvements.
- Assist with audits and other compliance-related assessments.
7. Strategic HR Initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR practices with overall business strategy.
- Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, including cultural transformation and organizational development.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
8. Payroll Management
- Oversee the complete payroll process, including the preparation, calculation, and disbursement of employee salaries, bonuses, commissions, overtime and other payments.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees (salaried, hourly, part-time, contract staff, etc.) on regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- Collect and maintain payroll data for all employees, including personal information, timekeeping records, and attendance data.
- Update payroll records for new hires, terminations, promotions, pay raises, and any other changes affecting pay.
- Ensure the timely processing of adjustments, retroactive payments, and special payments.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
