**About the company**:
- Our client is a established and well known leading local financial company within Singapore.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee a team of Relationship Manager (RMs), ensuring the RMs meet the targeted loans objectives of the business.
- Engage in daily interactions with RMs to drive performance oriented objectives.
- Guide/coach/motivate RMs to achieve their individual targets.
- Assist HOD conduct market surveys and strategize product and pricing policies targeted at growing the loan portfolio.
- Review and evaluate loan proposals and make appropriate recommendations to the relevant approving authorities.
**Requirements**:
- Able to use excel to report and manage daily/monthly transaction volume.
- 3-5 years experience in the relevant industry.
- Support inclusion and to focus on staffs' strengths and abilities to train staff on suitable tasks
- Must be patient, meticulous and logical in their work and capable of prioritizing tasks
- Self-driven and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably has at least 1 year experience leading a team of 5 to 10 staff
- Has experience using any of the Bank's systems is an added advantage
