- Monitor cluster budget and expenditures, assist in forecasting and manage the allocations to SOs, and highlight budget exceptions for intervention.
- Collaborate with the Satellite Offices (SOs) on budgetary marksmanship and strengthen projection capabilities to ensure healthy cashflow.
- Manage centralized repository of finance and procurement processes, such as the procurement of goods, services and other service & supply contracts, vendor management, coordination of payments and deliveries, and distribution of items/collaterals purchased by or attained by HQ for the SOs within the Cluster.
- Establish strong working relationship with the HQ F&P business partner to optimize and improve processes for more effective operations
- Coordinate with HQ and other agencies on governance and audit matters, and oversee cluster audit initiatives, including cross audits.

**Office Management & Administration**
- Oversee and manage office equipment and infrastructure planning for the Cluster and SOs, including identifying and fulfilling office needs such as maintenance and cleaning, and managing renovations such as moves or changes to workstations.
- Implement established HR planning and management procedures such as employee benefits utilization, performance management and staff development. Provide direct administrative support across SOs and ensure adherence to HR policies and guidelines.
- Work closely with HQ departments to coordinate volunteer management and training, gather feedback and ground sensing and identify areas for improvement, training gaps and needs.
- Support HQ departments in the curation of future volunteer training programmes and materials.
- Support team building and learning initiatives, such as Townhalls, Learning Days, Teambuilding & other cohesion events, and align with HQ on relevant culture and employee engagement communications.

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised degree in any discipline
- Familiar with finance and procurement policies and systems and preferably with administrative processes
- Excellent analytical and financial skills, meticulous and independent
- Able to build strong working relationships with people
- Adaptable to changes and embrace improvement
