What youâll do:
**Your mission is to**:
- delivering amazing concepts, great-looking designs that help establish our visual brand identity throughout the entire organisation.- bring your best skills and endless energy to the team.- co-create and execute compelling campaigns for the fast-evolving financial services industry. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy marketeer experienced in working with fintechs, consulting, SI and technology partners, industry associations and who has a great understanding of B2B buyers in banking and fintech.
What youâll bring:
**Your experience includes**:
- creating multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns at pace to target specific prospect segments and generate leads — understanding who our potential buyers are, what they want from Mambu and where we are likely to reach them.
- ownership for event strategy and management of all types — from own-hosted demo webinars to large industry conferences.
- conducting wider brand awareness campaigns in the region to further Mambu’s reach - including media buying and channel evaluation.
- conducting research and surface actionable insights that help us better serve buyers and users.
- helping to secure speaking opportunities and thought leadership stories that help build credibility and awareness throughout APAC.
- working with our PR agency to build and manage relationships with influential bloggers, thought leaders, editorial content etc.
- managing projects with external agencies — from concept to completion. You should come to the job with good-quality agency connections.
- developing and own global and APAC partner marketing programs for key strategic partners, with an understanding of partner requirements and how to best position Mambu in their ecosystem or to their members.
- working with the partner, sales and marketing teams to co-create and co-execute demand generation programs that promote Mambu.
- monitoring performance.
- collaborating with the APAC digital marketing specialist, APAC partner marketing specialist and global marketing operations team to measure our success — how our campaigns are working, what’s resonating, what’s driving results, etc — and you’ll use data to optimise our efforts.
- aligning closely with the regional Commercial operations team, ecosystem of partners and customers to create compelling messaging and content that engage potential buyers.
- content ideation and creation for campaigns, including but not limited to, white papers, blogs, webinars, thought leadership stories, presentations, media pieces, social media posts and website copy.
- preferably coming from fintech, banking or similar with proven ability to create compelling campaigns across all channels in order to generate leads to acquire new customers.
- use of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo or similar), as well as experience with event organisation.
- fluent English. Additional languages are a plus.
- strong organisational, time management and execution skills.
- portfolio of previous work/campaigns that will need to be provided during the interview process.
