- Staff Augmentation Sales**Location**: Singapore
**Experience**: 3-5 years
**Industry**: IT Services / Consulting / Staffing
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for staff augmentation services across domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers in mid to large enterprises.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation models (B2B, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with Singapore and international clients.
- Knowledge of IT Hiring is required.
- Understanding of talent acquisition trends and recruitment delivery cycles.
