**Roles & Responsibilities**
Looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Require previous experience developing leads and meeting sales quotas. You will need to use communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until closing of deals. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
