**Industry or Technical Certification (ie. CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, CISSP, CEH) is a plus.**:

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide pre-sales technical support on assigned cybersecurity product to customers and partners.
- Work with Sales team closely to develop and position solutions for go to market selling and customer proposals.
- Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements.
- Perform Strategic Product Solution Selling.
- Perform Proof of Concept for proposed cybersecurity solution / Network Performance solution.
- Working with Solution Vendors on Business Solution Proposal and attending to RFI/RFP design, compliance and clarifications.
- Perform in house lab tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, endpoint/network designs, and endpoint/network deployments using new products and features.
- Provide enablement training for Partners internal Post Sales engineers on the product/ technology knowledge.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- With around 1 year of pre-sales experience on any endpoint products (e.g. McAfee ePO, Trendmicro ApexOne/Deep Security, Tanium endpoint management)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the security industry.
- Ready to perform demo & presentation on product expertise on keys security technologies.
