**Job Responsibilities:
This includes
- Manage the workflow and operations of the Unit
- Analyse existing workflow for efficiency improvements
- Track and monitor progress of IT/automation enhancement projects
- Track, analyse and report weekly and monthly productivity of the Unit
- Prepare monthly management report and dashboard
- Workload planning and forecast for patent examiners
- Be part of the Quality Management Office and maintain the Unit’s ISO9001 certification
- Undertake adhoc Unit projects assigned
- Manage the Unit procurement function
- Provide secretariat support for meetings
- Provide administrative support for the Unit

- Organised, customer oriented, meticulous, IT-savvy, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Resourceful, analytical, able to work independently and in a team
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- A degree in any field. Background in IP, experience in digital transformation or data analytics is a plus.
