Infrastructure Services 23 Data Centre Operator

**Requirements**:
- Follow documented support procedures for incident management, identifying root cause, resolving incidents and escalation to Level 2/Level 3 IT technical teams according to SLA.
- Review and maintain technical documentation for processes and procedures used for Data Centre operations.
- Good knowledge and exposure on network cabling standards. Familiar with installation practices and common IT technology platforms, e.g. Windows, Cloud, NT, Unix, Storage, Database, Network etc.
- Work shift duties, able to adapt to flexible work schedule and work additional hours when required.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Possess a degree/diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- More than 8 years of experience in Data Centre operations. Experience in 24x7 Data Centre Operations support; including daily operation check and monitoring, ControlM, tape management, IT batch jobs/events management, physical security monitoring, Data Centre access and facilities administration, password management, systems alerts monitoring and escalation.
