**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help develop and implement technical and commercial solutions best fit for LNG terminal opportunities
- Able to perform financial modeling including cost estimates
- Manage third party engineering consultants and monitor their progress
- Able to provide input and execute LNG contracts such as TUA, EPC, O&M, SPA, JVA
- Identify, develop, negotiate, execute and manage contracts that are associated to operating a terminal with third party contractors, vendors and service providers on behalf of client
- Establish, monitor and report relevant operational KPIs for terminal operations
- Reporting and forecasting to ensure all the key stakeholders are informed
- Develop and continually improve product knowledge, pricing & budgets, and company systems, procedures and strategy
- Providing market intelligence, monitoring & analyzing competitor strategies
- Prepare and provide business reviews to the management team regarding progress, roadblocks and recommendations to ensure smooth terminal operations and successful project delivery
- Perform such other functions as may be assigned by your reporting officer from time to time

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry - specific to terminal operations and leading commercial contracts
- Affiliations with industry associations will be beneficial
- Certifications and credentials from reputable associations will be beneficial

**Skills**:

- Substantial understanding on supply chains, terminals & logistics operations and improvements
- Substantial understanding on operational KPIs
- Knowledge in Strategic Business Planning
- Know regulatory requirements for LNG terminals
- Understanding of LNG shipping industry
- Knowledge in economic modelling
- Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills
- Excellent Business Analytics skills
- Substantial understanding of Financials (P&L, B/S, Cashflow)
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills
- Proficient in using MS Office Tools
- Strong people management, influencing, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to deliver results, problem solving and task oriented
- Adaptable to working in a multi-cultural environment
- Able to lead and accomplish responsibilities as an individual performer and a team player
- High energy, innovative, self-starting, able to operate with mínimal supervision in a virtual environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
