**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and provide solutions for dynamic requests from internal customers involving tester requirement
- Support new product offload tester requirements
- Generate scope of work for tester installation/upgrading/reconfiguration
- Initiate, analyse, plan and execute reconfiguration projects to maximise tester utilization
- Plan and manage consigned tester and related tester Hardware & Software, responsible for transfer in/out activities
- Effective follow up and coordination with internal customers for tester readiness schedule
- Responsible for maintenance of spare parts inventory
- Manage capacity and technology in areas of business strategies including CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects, existing tool performance and new technology investment analysis
- Innovate site investment strategy and execute CAPEX projects to continuously improve the site performance based on current loading forecast and planning for excess tools management

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any Engineering discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical, with a flair for numbers
- Good communication skills and adaptable to changes
- Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates may apply
