**Manufacturing/Service Engineer**
We’re seeking a dedicated Manufacturing/Service Engineer to develop and refine manufacturing processes while providing exceptional technical support. In this role, you'll design and implement production workflows, troubleshoot equipment issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and efficiency. You’ll also engage directly with customers to resolve service-related challenges and ensure their satisfaction. **Key Requirements**

**Education & Experience**

Preferred: Polytechnic Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing).

Advantageous: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.

**Experience**:
Minimum 2-5 years in manufacturing, production support, or service engineering.

Familiarity with ERP systems, technical documentation, root cause analysis.

Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (advantage).

Prior customer interaction or on-site service work (advantage).

**Responsibilities**

Analyze data to identify trends and implement practical solutions for production and service performance improvement.

Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with customers.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

**EHS Responsibilities**:
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations and company EHS policies, and maintain relevant documentation.

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues, evaluate risks, and propose corrective actions.

Incident Investigation and Management: Investigate workplace incidents and accidents to identify root causes, develop corrective and preventive measures, and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.

**Qualifications**
- Strong technical foundation in manufacturing/service engineering, with working knowledge of production systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes or troubleshooting preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement practical solutions to improve production and service performance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with customers.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
