**Role Overview**:
As the Senior PMO, you will be the right-hand to the CTO, overseeing the planning, execution, and alignment of strategic projects. You will work cross-functionally with teams and leaders worldwide to drive key initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with our business objectives. This is a highly influential role, giving you the chance to make a direct impact on our technology and product roadmap.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive and oversee global and regional projects from inception through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Align cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Operations, for cohesive and efficient project execution.
- Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders, proactively managing risks and mitigating issues.
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance project management processes and best practices for optimal project delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in a **Tech PMO **role, focusing on strategic initiatives and cross-functional project leadership, ideally within a large tech firm.
- Previous experience in **product development **prior to transitioning into a PMO role.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English to engage effectively with regional stakeholders.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and influence at all organizational levels.
