As a Project Manager/PMO, you will be responsible for establishing good project management processes and practices across the section.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the scrum team in using agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Maintain good rapport with Project Managers, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and other stakeholders
- Work with PMO management team to establish good Project management practices within the Core Platform Section team.
- Review and guide project managers in preparing project status reports
- Work closely with tech teams and business units to understand process improvement needs for software delivery, define and operationalize processes
- Prepare weekly project status reports, analyze progress and highlight any key challenges
- Proactively track all projects’ KPIs to ensure proper focus and attention is given to mitigate any risks
- Escalate risks to management on any issues which may affect release scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Work closely with the Planning and Administration team to understand cost management structure and review monthly cost report and work with Group managers to ensure all the services are within budget

**Requirements**:

- Able to converse well in Japanese and English as you will be required to work closely with stakeholders from various offices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Change implementation & tracking experience
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels including Project Managers, Delivery Mangers & Business Managers from various sections
- Ability to analyze cost reports
- Ability to write comprehensive reports
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Charts, Presentations, Dashboards, etc.)
- Experience in Process documentation
- Prior experience in Agile Project Management or PMO related roles would be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $8,500.00 per month
